We would very much appreciate letters of support for our plans to replace the existing Abergwaun Community Turbine. The purpose of repowering the wind turbine with a 50% taller, more powerful device is to assure ongoing income for our community for the next twenty years.
There is information here about the community benefit already achieved and about the aims of our Renewable Energy Acceleration Project – REAP.
We would welcome letters of support now, to be included with our planning application to PCC when we submit later this month.
We shall also let you know when the application has been validated, in case you prefer to submit a letter of support directly to PCC post-submission.
